Over 2,000 lots will include a wide variety of antiques and fine art as well as December's usual wines, spirits and toys. A fine pair of Edwardian satinwood corner cupboards are the highlight of a furniture section that also includes a Gothic Spanish walnut and gilt mounted vargueno. Some excellent paintings are featured including oils by Francois Brunery and after JF Herring as well as one from the late 18th/early 19th century Continental school. Silver is as usual well represented with A silver gilt box to commemorate the wedding of Muhammad Reza Pahlavi (last Shah of Iran) and Princess Fawzia bint Fuad of Egypt (daughter of King Farouk of Egypt) the highlight of the section. In the toys department there is a good live steam 5" gauge model of a GWR class 14XX 0-4-2 tank engine as well as many others. Spirits include cases of Byass & Co Vintage Port as well as many vintage wines.
