Highlights include a picture section boasting a pencil sketch and more than 20 signed prints by L.S. Lowry, the infamous "Fake Lowry" attributed to Arthur Delaney, and an oil on board by Brian "Braaq" Shields. The Asian Art section is well represented with a large 19th century Chinese Canton Famille Rose vase, a large pair of Chinese Republic period plaques, and a fine Chinese 18th/19th century carved jade figure of Shou Lao with "Louis Joseph" label to the base. The range of Musical Instruments in the sale features a good South German School Of Klotz viola, a French violin labelled "H Derazey a Mirecourt", and a 19th century Gothic style double action harp by Erard. Also featured is a 3.5ct diamond ring, a 19th century mahogany marine barometer by Jones, Gray & Keen, a Victorian silver Gothic mausoleum ink standish, and much more.
