14/03/2009 : Antiques Roadshow Discovery sold for £14,400
A rare Wedgwood vase featured on a recent edition of The Antiques Roadshow was sold on 12th March 2009 for a staggering £14,400.
The vase stands an impressive 42.5cm in height (almost 17 inches) and is unusually decorated in a variation of the Lahore pattern with moose and giraffes, designed by Daisy Makeig-Jones. It was valued by The Antiques Roadshow experts at £6000-8000.
