Lot 11: A good early Victorian rosewood and mother of pearl inlaid sewing box of large sarcophagus form, the floral decorated hinged lid enclosing a fitted interior with lift-out tray set with various padded lids, cotton reels, small jars and accoutrements with further sewing related items to the base, overall with lobed turned handles and lobed feet with further floral inlay to the front panel, height 22.5cm, width 37.5cm, depth 27cm. £200 - £300


Lot 155: A very rare circa 1900 miner's rescue helmet with plaque 'Siebe Gorman & Co Ltd Spirelmo "B" Smoke Helmet Approved By The Mines Dept 20-Oct-1931 Makers London S.E.1.' with the original set of bellows with Siebe Gorman & Co Ltd plaque and further plaque inscribed 'Code of Signalling By Means Of A Life-Line 1 Tug-More Air 2 Tugs-Less Air 3 Tugs-Help Me Out' and no. 738 2545, both housed in original twin handled red painted metal container with painted logo "Antipoys Breathing Apparatus" and Siebe Gorman & Co Ltd label. £800-£1200


Lot 272: GEORGE BREUER-WEIL (born 1938); bronze study, 'Moses Parting The Red Sea', signed and dated '90, mounted on ebonised plinth, height approx 75cm. £600 - £800


Lot 362: ABRAHAM MINTCHINE (Ukrainian, 1898-1931); oil on canvas, landscape with figures bathing in a coastal inlet, signed, 33.5 x 46.5cm, framed. £3000-£5000


Lot 511: An exceptionally rare pair of Minton majolica wall brackets designed by Albert Carrier Belleuse, each modelled as a two-tailed mer-child, wrapped in fishing nets with bulrushes behind them and with oak egg and dart carved shaped platform and applied wooden backboard, height including bracket 50cm. A near identical pair form part of the Royal Collection in the Queen's bedroom at Osbourne House. Joan Jones of The Minton Museum has also authenticated the pair of brackets using Belleuse's original working drawings detailing the brackets. £2000-£3000
