KON-NED AUTOMOBIEL CLUB; a rare car mascot in the form of a spoked wheel surmounting the wings, and with an integral blue enamel motif displaying to both sides, and surmounted by the official bronze crown. Chromium plated bronze. Associated with the Royal Dutch Automobile Club, formed back in 1898. This mascot has an internal threaded mounting facility under the base, it could be used as a very special twin sided radiator mascot, or as a radiator mounted badge, height 15cm. The KNAC Royal Dutch Automobile Club is an association of motorists founded on 2nd July 1898 under the name 'Dutch Automobile Club' (NAC).

ROLLS-ROYCE; an exceptional and unique bespoke ebonised circular table centred with a white marble roundel, inscribed 'Rolls-Royce Ltd 14-15 Conduit St' and centred with the famous Charles Sykes Flying Lady mascot, the roundel 90cm diameter, the table approx 110cm. The marble was removed from the entrance of the Rolls-Royce Ltd Conduit Street showroom during the 1929 'Silver Jubilee' refurbishment.

Condition Report

One leg has been replaced, another leg has been pushed into the base causing a large area of breakage with traces of crude re-gluing, approx 2.5 x 2cm, areas of nibbles to some edges, legs and back supports, surface dirt and wear such as scratches, the clasps are slightly loose, all hinges appear to be intact but one of the middle bars to one side is broken off but present with minor loss.
