Condition Report

General minor surface wear and dirt commensurate with age, areas of losses to encrusted decoration both to the shell and base, a few manufacturing imperfections particularly to area of left knee/calf, area of losses to the wing, minor chip to the little finger of left hand, rubbing to the gilt and areas of crazing.

Condition Report

Areas of losses to the floral encrusted decoration, on of the handles has a loss to one of the foliate tips, some rubbing to the gild, one of the finials has a head and arm broken off and crudely reglued, the other cherub finial had his head broken off and reglued, a small nib to the inside top rim of one of the urns.

Condition Report

No obvious traces of damage or restoration, surface wear such as numerous scratches to the top also with areas of surface dirt, mild tarnish to gilding and a few areas of chips, a few areas of losses to the thicker layer of painted scrolls, one firing imperfection to underneath of the rim covered by gilding, wear to base commensurate with age.

Condition Report

Rings true, light scratches and surface wear to the gilt rim and raised surfaces, some light rubbing to gilt on raised surfaces in a few areas, painted decoration generally ok, one possible loss to leaves and flowers of orange outer panel - see pic, small nibbles to foot rim, some very small gaps between turquoise ground and gilt decoration.
