Condition Report

Glass with some very small nibbles to rim, lid hinge very slightly sprung and lid sits very slightly above body of inkwell, left-rear foot damaged, now at downward angle with attaching metalwork also misshapen, right rear foot slightly downwards and metalwork slightly misshapen, significant dent to lid, further minor dents, scratches, nicks ad heavy tarnish throughout, maker's mark slightly rubbed.

Condition Report

Losses and areas of splits to pierced scrolls of the cup supports, which are bent and don't hold the cup correctly, and the cup is detached, also traces of re-soldering. Some losses to lower left corner of the ruff. Overall with minor traces of wear, such as rubbing and small dents. The rim of the base is misshapen and one are to left side is pushed inside , approx 4.5cm,. The cup overall good, wit some minor dents, and with major dent to the base (pushed inside), approx 2.5 x 1.5cm, rim misshapen.
