The hibiscus pattern bowl has got a chip to the rim and a further chip to the edge of the base, same piece and both vases with areas of surface wear such as scratches and some crazing to the glaze.

The largest vase is badly broken in numerous places and crudely reglued with some losses along the lines of regluing, the rim of the bowl has two pieces broken off but reglued, the smaller vase with no obvious traces of damage or restoration.
