Heavy wear to the case commensurate with age, the writing on the air sheet is faded but readable, there are seven tips of teeth broken and missing, pitting to the barrel and pitting to the metal work throughout.

Condition Report

Wear and tear to the case as expected commensurate with age, some staining and marks throughout. The brass hinges have been replaced and are a little crude, all teeth are present. No rusting to the barrel. Some pitting to the comb but plays well and presented in working order. The lid of the case is rosewood, the remainder is a combination of pine, stained beech and walnut.
