Condition Report

Piece is second quality as stated with red enamel dot to base, an uneven/pockmarked finish to the glaze to rim and handle, build up of under glaze bubbles round the foot rim and handle joints and around floral decoration, major glaze fault to the red flowers of the lower section, further manufacturing imperfections with some tube lining not firing correctly and areas of uneven glaze.

Condition Report

Lid with applied blue dot sticker to underside, all three tube lines protruding upwards towards rim from clouds have unglazed areas to their tops with small surrounding scratches, some further small areas of minor scratching to the glaze, some small areas of build up of underglaze bubbles around the tube lining and joint of body to rim, some small areas where tube lining has not fired correctly, usual uneven glazing and marks beneath the glaze, etc.

Lid with areas of rough/pockmarked finish to the glaze of lower rim and with an area of small chip to the glaze and surrounding very minor scratches, cover usual small band of unglazed body to very base of the jar, some areas of minor scratches/marks to the glaze and some areas of uneven finish to the tube lining and some unevenness to the glaze, however no obvious traces of major damage or restoration.

The Dickensware plate has has a small section broken and has been crudely repaired, the figure 'Prized Possesions' the head is missing from the figure on the arm of the chair otherwise good condition with no sign of damage or repair.
