Condition Report

The top rail is significantly wood wormed and sections are missing, heavy wear throughout as you would expect, two uprights are also missing from the back, splits to the seat, heavy wood worm to the seats and one of the legs has crudely been glued back together.

Condition Report

On both chairs, the seats and back splayed legs are elm, the back structure arms, front legs and crinoline stretcher are yew. Some signs of old wood worm to both seats and to the horizontal bar and hoop back. General signs of wear throughout. Some small old repairs to the spindles and one arm support is a non yew replacement.
